Reliable is a member of Prolink Canada which gives us access to service parts for other manufacturer’s that are not part of Reliable’s equipment offerings.
Reliable does have agreements with Non OEM service providers.
Reliable can set up maintenance contracts for Auto Scrubbers on a monthly or quarterly basis to ensure your equipment is running at its optimal level and you reduce the risks of breakdowns.

Reliable has the ability to service your equipment at your locations or at our head office.
Reliable has a fleet of vehicles that we can use to pick up and return your equipment.
Reliable will consider a machine replacement program if it is required.
Reliable can look at a guaranteed turnaround time if required.
Reliable can assist in a machine replacement program.

Reliable will consider providing reports to you on a regular bases that outline:
Equipment not being properly maintained
Equipment issues that are consistent
Equipment abuse
Repair history by equipment
